Rubber strips for trench heater grilles

During the installation of trench heating systems, height differences between the floor and the heating channel often occur. In such cases, the grille may not fit perfectly and can sit too low.

We offer various aluminum profile heights (30 mm, 20 mm, 18 mm, 15 mm, 12 mm), however if you need a non-standard dimension, the solution is rubber strips.

The strips are available in thicknesses from 1 to 5 mm, allowing you to easily adjust the grille height to your needs. For example, if you need a grille with a height of 19 mm, you should order an 18 mm grille + a 1 mm rubber strip (18+1=19 mm).

Rubber strips additionally:
1) level the grilles
2) reduce noise when walking
3) protect the grilles from scratches
